Primula Blu è un Formaggio eccezionale, the Stagionatura si protrae per 4/6 months, è piuttosto asciutto, secco con grandi venature di Muffe Blu che ricordano il Gongorzola.

A 4 mesi le Muffe sono bianche, then, la pasta si presenta bianca, con l’avanzare della stagionatura le Muffe diventano Blu.
